2lbs youngcarrots peeled
3 cloves garlic rough chop
3T Olive oil
1/2 jar warmed EBRC
Sea salt and fresh thyme
In a bowl toss warmed EBRC oil garlic and carrots
Place glazed carrots in a roasting pan
Oven 20 to 30 min till carmalized and roasted ...your nose will know...
Then after placing on serving platter sprinkle fresh chopped thyme and a sprinkle of sea salt to taste...
